We took a classy French croissant and absolutely ruined it (in the best way). Bacon, cheddar, and candied jalapeños oozing out of flaky, golden layers. Sweet, salty, spicy, and bold AF.

A dozen assorted bagels, sliced, with two 8 oz. tubs of cream cheese and an 8 oz. tub of butter. Serves 12.
